Start21 Size Charts (“the app”) is provided by Start21. This policy explains what information the app handles when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.

Information we access

• Your store’s domain and the access token Shopify issues when you install the app, so the app can work on your store.
• Size charts you create (stored as metaobjects in your store) and which products they apply to.

Information we do not collect

The app does not collect, store or sell your customers’ personal information. Size charts are stored in your own store and stay there if you uninstall.

How information is stored

Login sessions are stored securely on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Product data stays in your Shopify store. We keep session data only while the app is installed and delete it when you uninstall.

Your rights

We respond to Shopify’s data request and deletion webhooks. You can also email us to ask what data we hold or to have it deleted.
